Mystic Square Kit features an original pattern by James N. Watts made in Noro Silk Garden yarn. It's a wonderful modular design featuring a-join-as you-make technique, which is quite satisfying to knit and leaves very few seams to finish at the end. The design is perfect for self-striping yarns such as Noro Silk Garden to highlight the directional changes in the knitting process.
Kit includes:
- Seven balls Noro Silk Garden, 45% Silk, 45% Mohair, 10% Wool, hand wash, lay flat to dry.
- Mystic Square Pattern by James N. Watts
Additional materials needed:
- US 7 and 4, both 24" or larger circular needles (note sample in store was made on a size US 8 to achieve more drape in fabric, finished tee was larger than measurements given for pattern)
Model is wearing size large (44" at bust) with approximately 8" of ease. Color pictured Noro Silk Garden 208 Yatsushiro, not currently available. Color 515 would be very similar.
