Returns accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY on regular-priced merchandise in original condition and packaging from a smoke-free home within 30 days of purchase. No returns accepted on sale items, needles, patterns, wound yarn, or yarn that has been used, worked with, or wound back onto the ball after use.  Buyer pays shipping to return items.  In the case of manufacturer defect please contact us for further instructions.  541-797-6633
